MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Process individual payment posting requests and manage the GI Payments Shared Mailbox via email correspondence.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of 4-year Bachelor’s degree, business related courses
- Preferably with 2 years insurance / functional experience
- Strong mathematical and computing skills
- Computer knowledge, Microsoft office
- Customer service
- Good oral and written communication
- Honesty and sincerity
- Analytical skill
- Numerical Ability
