Looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to drive growth and engagement in Business Banking Italy.

Responsibilities
- Create and optimize landing pages focused on conversion and user experience
- Set up and run A/B tests to continuously improve content performance
- Develop engaging content for campaigns, partnerships, and lifecycle journeys
- Contribute to in-app content experiences to drive engagement and adoption
- Support SEO strategy by improving content relevance, structure, and visibility
- Translate campaign strategies into effective content concepts and formats for all channels (owned, social and more)
- Experiment with new content formats (e.g. interactive, modular, AI-driven content, or events)
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to deliver scalable content solutions
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong experience creating and optimizing landing pages, with hands-on A/B testing and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content best practices, combined with experience in CMS and digital marketing platforms
- Data-driven mindset with a clear focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement
- Ability to combine creativity with performance-driven thinking to deliver engaging and effective content
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Structured approach to testing, learning, and scaling, with an interest in innovation (e.g. AI-driven content and automation)
- Important to have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (digital) marketing, business, communication or related fields
- Fluent in both English and Italian
Contract offer
- Working conditions : Permanent employment contract
- Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
- Applicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)
- Location : Milan
- Annual base salary starting from : Euro 40.000
- Variable remuneration : in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function, and individual performance)
