We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Chapter Lead to join our IT Management Team of Insurances
The responsibility of this team is to manage IT Team, ensure the IT strategy
Your key responsibilities:
As a IT Chapter Lead you will:
- Positively contribute to the Alignment and coordination with Business and Tech strategy execution.
- Coordinate the execution of priority Business and Technical initiatives, guaranteeing Business delivery and Tech standards compliance.
- Lead around 7 - 10 Software Engineers.
- Lead craftmanship of the tribe.
- Co-create the “HOW” of the initiatives of the tribe, defining planification, IT Team organization, and challenge the architectural designs.
- Provide solutions for improving services reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Be aware of the best technologies that can improve our systems.
- Collaborate closely with other chapters leads within and outside the tribe.
- Identify synergies with other tribes.
- Collaborate with finances and external providers.
- Ensure the visibility of the team’s activities and smooth communication with all the different stakeholders.
- Ensure positive team experience and understand each IT member concerns and needs.
- Ensure the professional development of each Software Engineer.
- Manage end-to-end products development, ensuring seamless integration and delivery:

- Execute CIO strategy.
- E nsure a highly skilled and motivated team.
- E nsure a safe, open, experimental, continuous learning, collaborative culture.
- be responsible for the transformation agenda applicable to the assets of the products.
- be responsible for keeping the alignment with group standards.
- Ensure the required levels of service in all environments with the assets under scope.
What are we looking for?
- Engineering’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Passion in IT.
- Strong analytical skills.
- People management experience of a minimum of 3 years.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to work on an autonomous way.
- Proactivity is a must; we are expecting a LEADER.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies and experience in SCRUM, at least 3 years.
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching, and managing teams of software engineers.
- Knowledge of engineering practices, coding standard, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing …
- Solid understanding of software architecture, frontend and backend technologies, and distributed systems.

Tus responsabilidades clave:
Como IT Chapter Lead:
- Contribuir positivamente a la Alineación y coordinación con la ejecución de la estrategia de Negocio y Tecnología.
- Coordinar la ejecución de iniciativas prioritarias de Negocio y Tecnológicas, garantizando la entrega de Negocio y el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos.
- Liderar entre 7 - 10 Ingenieros/as de Software.
- Liderar la especialización técnica del tribe (craftmanship).
- Co-crear el “CÓMO” de las iniciativas del tribe, definiendo la planificación, la organización del equipo IT y cuestionando los diseños arquitectónicos.
- Proporcionar soluciones para mejorar la fiabilidad, escalabilidad y rendimiento de los servicios.
- Estar al tanto de las mejores tecnologías que puedan mejorar nuestros sistemas.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros Chapter Leads dentro y fuera del tribe.
- Identificar sinergias con otros tribes.
- Colaborar con el área de finanzas y proveedores externos.
- Asegurar la visibilidad de las actividades del equipo y una comunicación fluida con todos los diferentes stakeholders.
- Asegurar una experiencia positiva del equipo y comprender las preocupaciones y necesidades de cada miembro IT.
- Asegurar el desarrollo profesional de cada Ingeniero/a de Software.
- Gestionar el desarrollo end-to-end de productos, asegurando una integración y entrega fluidas:

- Ejecutar la estrategia del CIO.
- Asegurar un equipo altamente cualificado y motivado.
- Asegurar una cultura segura, abierta, experimental, de aprendizaje continuo y colaborativa.
- Ser responsable de la agenda de transformación aplicable a los activos de los productos.
- Ser responsable de mantener la alineación con los estándares del grupo.
- Asegurar los niveles requeridos de servicio en todos los entornos con los activos bajo su alcance.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Titulación en Ingeniería con un mínimo de 8 años de experiencia.
- Pasión por IT.
- Fuertes capacidades analíticas.
- Experiencia en gestión de personas de mínimo 3 años.
- Habilidades de comunicación.
- Capacidad de lograr resultados en un entorno de rápidos cambios.
- Capacidad de trabajar de manera autónoma.
- La proactividad es imprescindible; buscamos a una persona LÍDER.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimiento de metodologías Agile y experiencia en SCRUM, al menos de 3 años.
- Experiencia en reclutamiento, contratación, mentoring/coaching y gestión de equipos de Ingenieros/as de Software.
- Conocimiento de prácticas de ingeniería, estándares de código, code reviews, control de versiones, procesos de build, testing…
- Sólida comprensión de arquitectura de software, tecnologías frontend y backend, y sistemas distribuidos.
