The Team

The KYC Client Outreach Support teams oversee delivery of Front‑Line Unit (FLU) process delivery including business intelligence & reporting, data integrity and validation, policy advocacy, capacity/population requirements, restriction and closure processes, program governance and issue remediation, culture and training/readiness.
