Securities Transaction Settlements

Your Main Tasks
- Settlement (trades and transfers) against/free of payment for Belgian ISIN code and Foreign ISIN codes.
- Executing and billing of transactions executed on the markets based on settlement instructions from brokers and counterparty.
- Following up with transactions and transfers with brokers, other financial institution including NBB.
Responsibilities
- Answering and solving customer, banker and financial institutions questions and issues
- Maintaining contact with bankers, and financial institutions (bank to bank) via email, phone and chat in English*
- Outperform customer expectations continuously: the WOW effect
- Going through customer processes correctly
- Taking into account applicable laws and regulations
- Operational handling of customer request
*Assumption only English as language requirement to be validated during project transition.
