Job Summary

Job Summary: Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Vice President, Financial Reporting will have a key leadership role in the finance/accounting group and be responsible for the oversight internal and external reporting, primarily SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, S-11, 8-K)

The Vice President, Financial Reporting will be an enthusiastic and inspiring team leader and have a successful track record of building a culture of engagement and results. Strong analytical capability combined with good business acumen and have the personal and professional presence to deal effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Must demonstrate a sense of ownership, a commitment to achieving the organization’s goals, and an ability to overcome obstacles. Successful candidate is a thoughtful listener with a direct and open communication style as well as excellent written and presentation skills.

Salary Range

Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $100000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
