Policy Administration Specialist in Ostrava – join AXA Partners for a rewarding administrative role.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Policy Administration team. We’re seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy administrative work, can manage their tasks efficiently, and are interested in supporting the management of insurance contracts and day-to-day communication with clients and partners.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing insurance contracts in internal systems (renewals, updates, cancellations)
- Monitoring receivables and ensuring smooth communication within the team
- Responding to emails and handling requests from clients, partners, and internal departments
- Communicating with business partners and customers
- Supporting the administration of the business network (e.g. authority registrations, access management)
- Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
What you’ll bring:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Proficiency with MS Office and internet tools
- Native Czech or Polish with German at B2 level or above
- English level at B2 level or above
