Job Description
Ensure smooth daily operations by managing correspondence, filing systems, and scheduling. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, relaying messages promptly. Assist in planning, organizing, and preparing materials for meetings, seminars, and conferences and prepare presentations and manage logistics. Respond to sales inquiries and support sales force activities and follow up on sales performance metrics and sales force status. Process travel expenses and other related costs and monitor & control budgets for agency functions. Work with vendors for purchasing promotional or specialty products. Circulate daily reports, track sales activities, and monitor new business development. Provide support to DCAO and sales teams on a daily basis. Handle orphan policies, prepare quarterly promotion materials, and liaise with other departments for exception cases. Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to help achieve targets. Perform any other related responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related fields
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, sales support, or office management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Customer service orientation and professionalism
- Can travel to upcountry
