Job Description: --- Your are part of a full corporate team that leads the world. With more for a leap ring Citi is looking for a Head of Wealth Technology to lead our Asia‑wide technology initiatives for the Global Wealth Management Business. You will be responsible for evaluating the current technology stack and building the technology direction that supports private wealth strategy and improves customer experience. As a Head of Technology, you’ll lead cross‑functional teams built around improvement opportunities and new ideas. This role involves collaborating closely with client teams to deliver solutions that align with client needs. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute technology strategy that supports wealth management and investment objectives. - Oversee architecture design and ensure modular, future‑ready solutions. - Drive digital transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiencies. - Ensure compliance with regional regulatory frameworks, including HKMA and SFC. - Build a high‑performing technology team. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Collaborate with business and risk functions to maintain system stability. - Provide thought leadership on emerging tech trends. Requirements: - 12+ years of technology leadership experience in a financial services environment. - Strong understanding of wealth management products and processes. - Proven ability to lead complex, global technology projects. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks in Asia. - Ability to influence at the C‑suite level and drive strategic change. Preferred: - Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience leading teams in a global banking or wealth management context. - Familiarity with modern tech platforms, cloud, and AI solutions. - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. - A track record of building scalable product solutions.
