Welcome to ING Hubs Poland! The two‑year internship promises a whirlwind around the world and a slice of modern banking, tech, and operations. It starts in October 2026 with three rotations (one possibly abroad). After the rotations you start your permanent role.

International shell‑out
Over 100 trainees in 14 countries. Each year a global bootcamp, 2‑3 weeks, to fine‑tune personal skills.
What we’re looking for?
- University degree
- 2 yrs of work experience outside studies
- CI/CD pipeline experience (studies, internships, or projects)
- Linux environment comfort
- Basic scripting or programming
- International mindset, relationship building and decisive decision‑making
- Docker, Terraform, Helm knowledge
- Database fundamentals
- Leadership or volunteer background
- International exposure
What we offer?
- Global events – 2‑3 weeks bootcamps with ING‑ITP colleagues across 14 countries (first 18 months mainly in Warsaw/Katowice).
- Job rotations – insight in business units & a 3‑6 months abroad assignment.
