Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank (CB) is a global leader in Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Lending. In Bangalore, you’ll join the Programming & Support team as a Production Support Specialist, focused on data controls, transaction monitoring, and business analytics.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide second‑level support for CB applications 24/7.
- Resolve incidents and complex defects with developers and architects.
- Analyze large datasets to identify anomalies and improve alert quality.
- Maintain data integrity for transaction monitoring and anti‑financial‑crime (AFC) processes.
- Prepare analytics, dashboards and KPIs for management.
- Document requirements, flow‑charts and user guides.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong SQL/PLSQL experience (Oracle).
- Python/SQL expertise in cloud or Big‑Data environments.
- Deep knowledge of SWIFT, payment systems and regulatory controls.
- Analytical problem‑solving and data‑driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Team‑oriented, stakeholder‑focused and able to work across time zones.
