Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, who can excel in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, diverse asset classes and investment operations will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for trade capture, cash and position reconciliations, and proactive resolution of exceptions
- Interact with sell side trading counterparts on market updates and trade related issues
- Collaborate with various teams within the firm to address trade and compliance queries
- Research and resolve trade breaks at Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators & Custodians
- Run end-of-day flash PNL and generate ad-hoc risk/performance reporting to support the investment team
- Partner with the technology team on building out technology solutions to enhance the control environment and optimize performance reporting
Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience Expertise in fixed income, derivatives, equity products, and comprehensive understanding of the trade life cycle Prior experience working directly with traders in a dynamic environment is a plus Works with technology teams on system enhancements Undergraduate degree A minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, trade support or middle office Proficiency with Excel, Python experience (a plus) The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Salary
Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Compensation & Benefits
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
