Position Overview

Within this critical area, the "Customer Journey Solutions" team is central to shaping its future. We make a significant contribution to the target architecture by driving a common platform, fostering growth initiatives, and optimizing processes. Our key initiatives include the operation and development of the dbCORE low-code platform for process design, creating online product sales and self-service offerings for all channels, building a dedicated product sales and service shop for easy integration, and delivering PB-wide Ident & Sign solutions.

Your key responsibilities
Execute the full set of test activities including test analysis, test case design, test documentation, test execution, and defect reporting. Support planning and coordination of test cycles under guidance from senior team members. Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated tests across unit, integration, and UI layers. Assist in extending and maintaining in‑house automation tools and frameworks. Work collaboratively with Dev/QA engineers within Scrum Feature teams to deliver stable and well‑tested features. Use test management tools (e.g., HP ALM) for test design, documentation, and progress tracking. Perform web application testing using Selenium with Java. Apply requirements engineering understanding to ensure test coverage alignment with business needs. Demonstrate initiative in identifying defects and quality gaps while escalating complex issues to senior QA engineers. Continuously learn and adapt to evolving tools, frameworks, and engineering practices.
Technical Skills
Hands on experience in test case creation, test execution, and defect lifecycle management. Practical experience with Selenium + Java for web application testing. Exposure to test automation frameworks (unit, integration, UI). Experience using test management tools such as HP ALM. Understanding of agile delivery and working in Scrum teams. Ability to maintain and enhance existing automation scripts.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Proactive in problem solving with moderate independence. Passion for learning in a continuously evolving technology environment.
Language Skills
Fluent in spoken and written English.
