Position Overview

The Market Conduct Office (MCO) is an opportunity to embed market conduct in business decisions, and to improve the efficiency, sustainability and transparency of Market Conduct controls management. Residing within the Front Office, reporting up into the Head of the IB, and will focus on providing governance and oversight for all of Deutsche Bank activities related to market conduct. MCO will promote resiliency and sustainability of the Market MCO strategically brings together the existing market conduct capabilities with the Firm’s overall risk management framework to complement existing processes and create efficiencies while ensuring central oversight. You will support a strategic and sustainable control oversight program by translating multiple sources of market conduct information (such as alerts, events, and control improvements identified) into tangible actions to maintain a strong controls culture embedded into our Bank.
