Position Overview
DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set‑up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation. We have a robust, hands‑on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge‑sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.
Responsibilities
Design and development of core application modules Participation in meetings with the customer Maintaining project technical infrastructure (continuous integration, automated deployment) Task decomposition and estimation Peer review Bug fixing, test writing
Skills/Experience
Java development experience 3+ years Good understanding of Springboot Good understanding of Java coding standards and patterns, Good understanding of various protocols: JMS, HTTP Experience with SOA and Web Services (REST/SOAP) Experience with database applications such as Oracle SQL Good understanding of security protocols (SSL, TLS, certificates handling etc) Used with Agile development methodologies and tools: Jira, Git, Maven, Teamcity, Jenkins, Artifactory and other continous integration tools
