Title: Suppliers Network Manager
Location: OSTRAVA, Czech Republic
Description:
We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented professional who will take ownership of developing and strengthening our international network of medical and non-medical providers across the CEE region.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the network strategy, optimizing costs, and enhancing service quality, while building strong partnerships and collaborating with diverse teams across AXA.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and develop the international network of medical and non-medical providers across CEE
- Identify and onboard new suppliers, lead tenders, and conduct audits
- Build strong relationships with providers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor provider performance (quality, NPS, compliance) and drive improvements
- Optimize costs and identify efficiency opportunities
- Support contract negotiations and ensure proper documentation
- Collaborate across teams and participate in projects and process improvements
- Resolve supplier-related issues and escalations
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum secondary education
- English (C1) and Czech or Polish (C1)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills and business mindset
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in network management or assistance is an advantage
