Job ID: R0424753 Full/Part-Time: Full-time Regular/Temporary: Regular Listed: 2026-05-04 Location: New York Position Overview Job Title: Investment Banking & Capital Markets – Debt Capital Markets LatAm Analyst Corporate Title: Analyst Location: New York, NY Overview: Our Investment Banking & Capital Markets business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors.  Our product offering to our clients consists of comprehensive financial advisory and capital raising services, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), underpinned by one of the world's largest and most successful global debt and equity capital markets platforms. Our range of services and strong global presence enables us to complete large, multi-dimensional cross‑border, and regional transactions. The desk is an origination and execution team focused on serving sovereign, corporate and financial institution (including multilateral) clients across all of Latin America and the Caribbean. The Desk is integrated into Deutsche Bank’s global platform, working alongside coverage bankers and other product‑specific partners across our offices in New York, Europe, Asia and Brazil.  Product partners include Syndicate, Liability Management, Sales and Trading, Rates and FX, Loan Structuring, among others, who help deliver financing, capital raising and risk management solutions to clients across Investment Grade and High Yield.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients focused on the delivery of advice on debt capital markets issuances and opportunities

Create and deliver high‑value added financial analysis to targeted universe of clients and prospects

Collaborate with other internal teams to cross‑sell other products offered by the bank with senior originators covering a variety of clients throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. The team is divided largely by geography, but Analysts will function as generalists until she/he will eventually focus on specific clients according to his/her preferences and the needs of the team

Work in all aspects of the bond execution process, including origination, documentation, marketing, and distribution; daily tasks will vary depending on the phase of the current transactions

Analyze comparable borrowers and assess appropriate new issue pricing indications in consultation with Syndicate, producing spreadsheet models, roadshow presentations and due diligence reports.

How You’ll Lead:

Develop and cultivate strong client relationships

Work collaboratively with other parts of the bank to offer multiple products and solutions to clients

Identify issues, gaps and process improvements through open communication both internally and with other bank areas, and through the monitoring of productivity against benchmarks

Ensure that bank policies and guidelines applicable to the division are complied with to ensure that risk is appropriately mitigated.

Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, product and market knowledge Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise

Expectations:

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role work in person in the New York, NY office. Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion. The salary range for this position in New York City is $110,000 to $225,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.  Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
