The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years.
During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.
In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas: Banking Skills, Personal Growth, Professional Development
In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 Global events where all trainees come together to learn, network and develop themselves.

Your key responsibilities:
As a Wholesale Banking ITP you will be involved in transactions which have a large impact on our clients. Your main tasks consist of:
Develop comprehensive marketing materials, including presentations and pitch books.
Conduct thorough analysis of targets, financing options, and competitive landscape.
Utilize financial modeling and analysis skills to evaluate transaction viability.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and assist in drafting transaction documentation.
Monitor market trends, gather industry information, and support portfolio management.
Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure timely and high-quality transaction delivery.
Perform due diligence, evaluate risk factors, and maintain compliance standards.
Support syndication efforts and facilitate coordination among multiple parties.
Process credit reviews, waivers, and amendments to maintain a secure portfolio.
Collaborate with the KYC team to uphold regulatory and compliance requirements.
Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant regulations.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
What are we looking for?
Masters' degree with above-average academic grades.
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or strategic consultancy (including internships).
Up to 2 years of international financial sector experience.
Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaborative and team player.
Attention to detail and high-quality document delivery.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Ability to earn trust and respect from colleagues, senior management, and clients.
Strong customer orientation.
Rigorous and skilled in delivering quality documents in a timely and flexible manner.
Not essential, but will be valued.
The following qualifications will be an advantage:
Experience through internships, volunteering, or other extramural activities
Master’s or postgraduate degree in a financial field

El ING International Talent Programme es un programa de desarrollo de dos años diseñado para personas graduadas internacionales con talento, con el objetivo de que puedan experimentar tantos roles, ubicaciones, habilidades y retos como sea posible en 2 años intensivos.

Tus principales responsabilidades:
Como Wholesale Banking ITP , participarás en transacciones que tienen un gran impacto en nuestra clientela. Tus principales tareas consisten en:
Desarrollar materiales de marketing completos, incluyendo presentaciones y pitch books.
Realizar análisis exhaustivos de objetivos, opciones de financiación y entorno competitivo.
Utilizar habilidades de modelización y análisis financiero para evaluar la viabilidad de las transacciones.
Coordinarte y comunicarte con las distintas personas implicadas a lo largo del proceso de la transacción.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y apoyar en la redacción de la documentación de las transacciones.
Monitorizar tendencias de mercado, recopilar información sectorial y apoyar la gestión de carteras.
Demostrar sólidas habilidades de gestión de proyectos para asegurar la entrega puntual y de alta calidad de las transacciones.
Realizar due diligence, evaluar factores de riesgo y mantener los estándares de cumplimiento.
Dar soporte a los esfuerzos de sindicación y facilitar la coordinación entre múltiples partes.
Gestionar revisiones de crédito, waivers y modificaciones para mantener una cartera segura.
Colaborar con el equipo de KYC para cumplir con los requisitos regulatorios y de compliance.
Manterte al día de las mejores prácticas del sector y de la normativa relevante.
Demostrar sólidas habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y de comunicación en un entorno dinámico.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
Título de máster con calificaciones académicas superiores a la media.
Experiencia en banca, servicios financieros y/o consultoría estratégica (incluidas prácticas).
Hasta 2 años de experiencia internacional en el sector financiero.
Dominio del español y del inglés (hablado y escrito).
Sólidas habilidades de análisis financiero y resolución de problemas.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
Perfil colaborativo y orientado al trabajo en equipo.
Atención al detalle y entrega de documentación de alta calidad.
Persona entusiasta y con ganas de aprender.
Capacidad para generar confianza y respeto entre colegas, alta dirección y clientela.
Fuerte orientación al cliente.
Perfil riguroso, con capacidad para entregar documentación de calidad de manera ágil y flexible.
No es imprescindible, pero se valorará.
Las siguientes cualificaciones serán una ventaja:
