Business Analyst / Project Manager – Drive healthcare performance, digital transformation, and project delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
- Business Monitoring & Workforce Support:
- Develop, maintain, and present KPIs and comprehensive reports (using tools like Power BI) to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Create and refine workforce forecasting models to ensure optimal staffing levels, anticipate future needs, and uphold service quality.
- Provide ongoing support and solutions to colleagues and business users, ensuring adherence to departmental rules and procedures.
- Project Management & Digital Innovation:
- Lead a diverse portfolio of projects, from quick-win initiatives to long-term strategic implementations, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Gather and analyze user requirements, proposing innovative solutions such as AI applications (e.g., augmented agents for call centers).
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, preparing compelling business cases to secure stakeholder buy‑in.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and smooth transition of outputs.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination & IT Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business, IT, and other stakeholders for strategic projects.
- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities within healthcare processes.
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of new applications or system modifications, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.
- Manage project communications, providing regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues to all relevant parties.
What you’ll bring:
3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management, with experience in the insurance or healthcare industry preferred.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and visualization skills, with proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.
Proven track record of managing projects using established methodologies.
Knowledge of workforce management principles; experience with forecasting models is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management effectively.
