Responsibilities
Own global product P&L performance by defining and delivering product strategies and roadmaps that drive client value and sustainable competitive advantage Identify and evaluate market opportunities, translating insights into product designs and go‑to‑market strategies that enable successful product and brand launches Partner cross‑functionally with product development, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure client needs and value propositions are embedded throughout the product lifecycle Develop and execute product positioning, branding, and marketing themes aligned with target client demographics and business objectives Drive adoption and growth by aligning product capabilities, messaging, and media channels to maximize client and user engagement
Skills
2–4 years of experience in structured products, derivatives, or capital markets within a banking or financial services environment Solid foundation in structured products mechanics, including payoffs, pricing logic, and product lifecycle Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work through product details, scenarios, and risk considerations Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, managing multiple tasks with accuracy and discipline Demonstrated ability to support deal execution and follow‑through, coordinating closely with trading, sales, risk, and operations High level of attention to detail and ownership mindset to ensure timely and accurate delivery Highly motivated, hard‑working self‑starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and build expertise in structured products Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; CFA/FRM a plus
Nice to have
- working knowledge of VBA, Python, or similar tools to improve efficiency, analysis, or automation
