RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLE OVERVIEW 

 

Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Asia Pacific Benefits & Wellness, this position will support in overseeing strategy, governance and operations for the program, as well as collaborating with the broader team across several Asia Pacific locations. The team also focuses on engagement, innovation and education. We work closely with vendor partners and expert advisors to provide a high-quality offering to employees. 

  

The ideal candidate will leverage their benefits expertise to design and deliver comprehensive benefit programs to 1,000+ employees across the region. In this role, you will use approved analytics and AI‑supported tools to synthesize information, surface insights, and support informed decision‑making. This position is at the Analyst level and based in Singapore.
