About the Role
AXA Mandiri is looking for a Data Engineer to support the development and maintenance of our centralized customer data platform. You will work closely with analytics and business teams to ensure data is reliable, well‑structured, and ready to support data‑driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines
- Integrate, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
- Support centralized customer data hub
- Prepare and provide data based on business needs
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields 2+ years experience in Data Engineering, MIS, or Analytics Strong knowledge of Python and SQL Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling Experience with Big Data tools, Cloud platforms, or Airflow is a plus
