Team description

The CEO Office team is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Analyst . Part of the broader Corporate Affairs & Strategy (CA&S) platform, in this role, you contribute to shaping and executing the group-level agenda, coordinate key priorities across the divisions, functions and regions, while ensuring high‑quality content, effective coordination and a seamless flow of information among senior stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

You support the strategic planning, coordination and preparation of the CEO’s and broader CA&S agenda and engagements with internal and external stakeholders, including the creation of high‑quality briefings, presentations and analyses. You act as a reliable and service‑oriented coordination hub, driving initiatives, timelines and deliverables for the CEO and the Global Head of Corporate Affairs & Strategy across business divisions and infrastructure functions. You prepare high‑quality materials for internal and external meetings, flagship events and engagements, involving the CEO, Management Board members and other senior leaders. You monitor relevant internal and external developments, support derive key trends and strategic implications, while anticipating emerging risks and opportunities and translate those into actionable input for the bank’s strategic agenda. You actively support the continuous improvement of ways of working within the CEO Office and Corporate Affairs & Strategy, helping to strengthen collaboration, innovation and simplification. You build and maintain strong trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders across business divisions and infrastructure functions, establishing yourself as a reliable and valued partner.

Your Profile

You have an excellent academic track record with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in financial services, strategy, consulting or a comparable environment, resulting in a solid understanding of the financial industry, its operating environment, the bank’s positioning and key stakeholder groups. You have proven ability to perform in demanding, fast‑paced and international environments, demonstrating resilience, reliability and sound judgment under time pressure and ambiguity. You bring strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering high‑quality outputs across functions and an intrinsic motivation to continuously improve how things are done. You demonstrate good prioritization skills and a hands‑on, “getting‑things‑done” mindset, combined with an entrepreneurial attitude, a strong affinity for technology and first exposure to AI‑related use cases or digital initiatives. You possess strong analytical capabilities as well as clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and German is required. You bring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, acting with integrity, discretion and empathy.
