Position Overview

Job Title: Platform Developer, AVP Location: Pune, India Role Description The AVP, Innovation Product Management, will be an expert in solution design and a key leader for the bank's central innovation platform. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in translating complex business needs into intuitive and effective digital workflows and forms. You will be responsible for managing senior stakeholder relationships, overseeing vendor performance, and driving the strategic evolution of the platform's capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

Your skills and experience

Expertise in leading requirement gathering, solution design, and translating complex business needs into functional specifications. Extensive hands‑on experience in designing and building enterprise‑grade digital workflows and dynamic forms using low‑code/no‑code platforms, specifically Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, or similar tools. Deep understanding and practical application of UI/UX principles to deliver user‑centric and highly adoptable solutions. Proven ability in senior stakeholder management, acting as a trusted advisor and effectively communicating product vision and updates. Demonstrated experience in strategic vendor management, including contract negotiations, pricing models, and issue resolution. Strong knowledge of data modelling, data architecture, and data visualization strategies. In‑depth knowledge of governance and control functions within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications & Certifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is standard. Experience: Significant experience in digital product management, project management, or a senior business analyst role (typically 10+ years of relevant IT and BPM experience). Certifications: Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or similar low‑code/no‑code platforms are highly preferred. Prior experience with the ITONICS platform is a plus.
