Join Our Team as a Finance Change Analyst (12Month FTC) - Drive Innovation and Improve Finance Operations! Are you a proactive finance professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for driving change? Do you enjoy working on exciting projects that make a real difference? We’re looking for a motivated Finance Change Analyst to join our UK&I Finance team on a temporary 12 Month contract. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will help shape the future of our finance operations.

Experience & Education: Practical experience working within a finance or accounting role, preferably in Financial Control, Planning & Analysis, or similar. Professional accountancy qualification is a plus. Technical Skills: Knowledge of finance systems (such as general ledgers, planning tools, reporting platforms). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Project Management & Analytical Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and track projects effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve issues. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent skills to clearly explain complex concepts and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
