Über den Bereich Privatkundenbank – Zentrale – PB Transformation Der Bereich „Regional Change Germany“ verantwortet strategische Transformationsinitiativen mit Deutschlandbezug über alle Private‑Banking‑Marken hinweg.

Ziel ist die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung von Geschäfts‑ und Betriebsmodellen durch Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und organisatorischen Wandel.

Ihre Aufgaben

End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten bzw. Change‑Maßnahmen mit mittlerer Komplexität und strategischer Relevanz

Fachliche Leitung von funktionsübergreifenden Projektteams in Business‑, IT‑ und Operations‑Setups

Sicherstellung der termingerechten, budget‑ und qualitätskonformen Umsetzung

Aktives Stakeholder‑Management gegenüber Fachbereichen, IT und Management

Erstellung fundierter Entscheidungs‑, Status‑ und Managementunterlagen für Senior Management und Governance‑Gremien

Steuerung von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Maßnahmen sowie Sicherstellung eines belastbaren Projekt‑Reportings

Unterstützung von Programmleitern bei der Weiterentwicklung übergeordneter Transformationsinitiativen

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung funktionsübergreifender Projekte

Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Umsetzung von Transformations‑ oder Change‑Vorhaben

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projekt‑ und Change‑Management‑Methoden (klassisch, agil, hybrid)

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations‑ und Stakeholder‑Management‑Fähigkeiten

Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse

Zusatzqualifikation (wünschenswert) Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten im Umfeld Investment Solutions, Advisory, DPM oder Wealth Management Grundlegendes Verständnis regulatorischer und fachlicher Anforderungen im Investment‑ bzw. Vermögensverwaltungskontext

Key responsibilities

End-to-end responsibility for planning, managing and delivering projects or change initiatives of medium complexity and strategic relevance

Functional leadership of cross‑functional project teams across business, IT and operations

Ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in line with quality expectations

Active stakeholder management across business, IT and management

Preparation of high‑quality decision papers, management presentations and status reports for senior stakeholders and governance bodies

Management of risks, dependencies and mitigation actions, ensuring robust project reporting

Supporting program managers in broader transformation initiatives

Skills and experience

Several years of solid experience in leading cross‑functional projects

Proven track record in delivering transformation or change initiatives

Strong expertise in project and change management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Structured, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership

Fluency in German and English

Additional asset Experience in Investment Solutions, Advisory, DPM or Wealth Management–related transformations

Basic understanding of regulatory and functional requirements in investment and wealth management contexts
