The initial focus is hands on: analysing front‑office sales data, understanding both data flows and how datasets are joined across systems, and defining practical strategies to address issues that affect FIC sales teams. You will have strong domain knowledge and the ability to work across organisational boundaries to solve complex, cross‑system data problems. It is a senior individual contributor position suited to someone comfortable with ambiguity, detailed analysis, and evidence‑driven problem solving. The core of the role is analysis, problem solving, and shaping strategy. You will also support the development of junior team members within a collaborative, delivery‑focused environment.
