JOB DESCRIPTION
Cuatrecasas is seeking a corporate image manager who will report directly to the COO and serve the firm’s different functional areas.
This role manages the firm’s brand image. The successful candidate will lead and supervise the work of the in-house team of graphic designers. Based on the firm’s brand manual, he or she will be responsible for developing the organization’s corporate image, updating it and ensuring its correct application by all groups linked to the firm.
DUTIES
The main functions are:
- To define the design strategy applied to the firm’s documents, communications and all its devices
- Develop, update and supervise the use of the Cuatrecasas brand and its brand tree
- Propose new designs and improvements for the firm’s corporate image and constantly update the design of the different applications and platforms
- Create resources and templates to decentralize and facilitate the application of the corporate image
- Develop training sessions and ensure the necessary back‑up program to communicate the corporate image within the firm and facilitate its application
- Manage and supervise the in‑house team of designers, optimizing processes, prioritizing tasks, and if necessary, implementing automation
- Manage and update the brand manual
- Supervise all the design projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency in the graphic design
- Create digital graphic resources, all kinds of printed documents, and templates (Microsoft Office environment)
- Stay up to date on the sector’s developments and tools
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Between 5 to 10 years of accredited experience as a corporate image team manager, either in a company—the professional services sector will be valued—or in a communication or advertising agency, or a design studio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related fields (such as design, advertising, public relations and marketing, corporate communication, audiovisual communication, and digital media). Master’s degrees and related postgraduate courses will be valued.
- User’s knowledge of Mac OS X and PC operating systems. Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite CC, specifically expertise in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Training in web design (UX, HTML, CSS), Figma or Adobe XD and video animation (After Effects and Premiere, or similar).
- Competency with the Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word y PowerPoint).
- Good written communication skills.
