Your key responsibilities
- Originate loan and bond transactions
- Structure solutions around clients financing requirements, including M&A, capital expenditures, and general corporate purposes
- Due diligence of clients and markets
- All facets of trade execution for bond and loan deals
- Supporting legal documentation
- Participation in marketing efforts, leading preparation of client presentations and pitches
- Handling day to day client queries on all execution related matters
Your skills and experience
At least 3 years of relevant capital markets experience. Candidate needs to be fluent in Mandarin and English to work with clients across the region Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi task Candidate needs to have experience with financial models and valuation techniques Possess strong communication skills and ability to articulate to demanding clients
