Role Description

Your key responsibilities
- Project Planning : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Resource Management : Identify and allocate resources, including team members, equipment, and budget, to ensure project success.
- Timeline Management : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including milestones and deadlines.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records
Your skills and experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, business process improvement, or a related field. strong knowledge of trade life cycle and good understanding of Settlements Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Should be a team player Flexible with shifts and be ready to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
