Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team, focusing on the development, analysis, and implementation of data driven RCSA Automation. This involves applying a systematic methodology to quantify operational risk by understanding the causal relationships between risk drivers and controls. The role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable intelligence, supporting model development, and enhancing understanding of potential future outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Analysis: Oversee and execute comprehensive data collection, classification, and mapping activities from various sources. Perform pre-analysis activities, including data mapping, adjustments, and ensuring data attribute coverage and quality. Conduct in-depth historical data analysis and integrate diverse data sets to formulate initial insights for stakeholder kick‑off sessions. Utilize and manage analytical tools and databases for data processing and analysis.
- Scenario Development & Definition: Prepare for and lead discussions with stakeholders to initiate and refine data modelling efforts. Support the definition of assessment components, including underlying mechanisms, probability estimations, and key quantitative impact analyses. Contribute to the development and visualization scenario narratives and results, such as scenario graphs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various internal teams to gather requirements, share insights, and ensure alignment. Facilitate "review and challenge" sessions, incorporating feedback to refine analyses and models. Collaborate with teams responsible for broader framework components, such as control assessments and risk appetite metrics, to ensure integration.
- Modelling, Validation & Output Generation: Apply quantitative judgment to validate and enhance scenario definitions and outputs. Compare simulated loss or impact results against historical data. Generate comprehensive outputs, including executable code, detailed distribution files, and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for end‑users.
Your skills and experience
Education and Experience
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in banking, finance, economics or business administration is desirable 5+ years of relevant professional work experience Experience with data analysis, risk management, or scenario planning role within a complex organizational structure. Experience in working with teams spanning multiple geographical locations Experience in the preparation of presentations for senior management Professional experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Capital Computation, or Governance is highly beneficial. Experience in business analysis, project management, and managing stakeholders is also a plus. Competencies Strong desire to learn and acquire deep subject‑matter / technical expertise Ability to prepare, participate/lead and document discussions & build relationships with multiple stakeholders Ability to engage, present and understand the requirements of senior management Strong attention to detail and numerical literacy Ability to collaborate effectively in an international team, while also working independently Ability to guide and develop junior team members by providing functional and professional support Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Very good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) Experience with specific data management or modelling experience with model development tools like Python, SQL, etc. is a significant advantage Personal characteristics Team orientated and self‑motivated Flexible to work on different tasks and projects Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Comfortable working in an international environment Proactive, quality‑focused, and detail‑oriented.
