About the job Main missions Your responsibilities include: With SDT you will: Be at the center of security design, shaping how our technology defends systems and customer data around the globe Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, and diverse stakeholders to deliver cohesive, risk-aware security solutions. Play a pivotal role in translating complex security requirements into real-world concrete solutions Your work consists of the following activities. Develop the (Agentic) AI security product portfolio for AXA Design and architecture of cyberdefense products Produce design artifacts (diagrams, high-level designs, etc.) Collaborate with product teams to define short-term and long-term roadmaps Coordinate with security teams to ensure cyberdefense supports and enforces security Provide technical guidance on migration-related challenges and architectural changes Lead design and integration of cyberdefense in migration projects Serve as the cyberdefense focal point for product teams and business stakeholders Prepare and present deliverables for the Design Authority and Architecture Boards Evaluate design options and defend chosen approaches Align and persuade stakeholders across Product and Technology Office on design & architecture decisions Conduct market studies to inform decisions Evaluate vendors in RFI/RFP processes Lead proofs-of-concept initiatives for new solutions with product teams Become the Security Design and Technology deputy Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience Experience in Information Security discipline(s) > 10 years Experience in technical Information Security solution design > 10 years A broad knowledge about/experience with security “regulations (e.g. GDRP, DORA, etc), technologies (e.g. CSPM, CWPP, XDR/EDR, Endpoint Protection, Proxies, Web-Application Firewall, Security Operating Centre, Vulnerability & Compliance Management, Zero-Trust, etc), referential (ISO 27001, ISO 27005, NIST …) Technical skills Knowledge about/experience with GenAI, GenAI security problematics Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure Curiosity and interest in security topics and technology Operate comfortably at management level Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong Interpersonal and communication skills Strong networking skills Proactive Team player Lead the topics and dare to challenge stakeholders Apply analytical rigor to understand complex business scenarios Fluent in English both spoken and written (French is very much appreciated) If you are eager to grow, contribute to strategic projects, and collaborate with highly skilled experts in a multi-environment setting, this position is for you Certification: Cybersecurity and technical certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001 LA/LI, ISO 27005, TOGAF, SABSA. We also provide security-design support to AXA Group IT Security, helping to integrate security products into IT solutions worldwide.
