The COO division is central to DWS, delivering best‑in‑class services in key functions including data programs and digital transformation. It aims to provide efficient, scalable, resilient, and flexible platforms and coordinates key projects across all functions.
Role Details
As a Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for managing or performing work across multiple areas of the bank’s overall IT Platform/Infrastructure. This includes analysis, development, administration, and functional oversight of engineering delivery for specific departments. Your work will involve planning and developing engineering solutions, building reliability and resiliency, ensuring maintainability, and participating in industry forums to adopt innovative technologies.
You will also ensure daily availability of business applications and technology infrastructure, act as a main contact for external application service providers, analyze business requirements, coordinate changes with vendors, and maintain compliance with internal and local regulatory requirements.
We are looking for
Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL, experience with Windows desktop, network, database environments, IT governance, and control, and a 5+ year track record in financial institutions. Experience in asset management and knowledge of local regulatory requirements are advantageous. Strong analytical, customer‑focused, communication, and project management skills are required. Fluent in English and Mandarin, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant major is expected.
