Main Purpose of the Job

Main Purpose of the Job: To strengthen the capability and performance of our distribution channels It is essential to have a dedicated leadership role focusing on Agency, Bancassurance, other channels Manager Development Be responsible for Designing, Developing and Implementing comprehensive training programs that build strong effective mnaager – key drivers of our business growth and retention Responsible to manage across miultiple teams, leading to gaps in consistency, follow-up, and long-term capability building To align development strategy, ensure curriculum quality, and drive measurable impact on distribution performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor degree At least 5 years experience of trainers in life insurance company (Sales skill/ Manage Sale Team) At least 2 years experience of training management, plan development and follow up At least 2 years experience of design course or certifile course manager program
