Position Overview
Position Overview Job Title- Documentary Trade Operator, AS Location- Mumbai, India Role Description Handling Import, Export, Bank Guarantees, Domestic and other Trade transactions Addressing queries on Trade Transactions across all products. Handling FEMA compliance for transactions in line with Local and Intl guidelines Manage desk independently & ensure work life balance. Ensure that transactions processed as per Standard Operating procedures and highlight any procedural modifications wherever required. To ensure that transactions processed within specified TAT. Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and compliance aspects. Knowledge on various regulations connected with Trade Finance Operations Clean Desk Policy to be adhered to

Your skills and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word is a must. Good communication skills, oral and written. Ability to take initiative and coordinate with all stakeholders (Business, Internal stake holders & Regional teams). Problem solving attitude and resolving conflicting situations. Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and accuracy in pressure situations. A customer and service orientation to ensure that outcomes are achieved in line with the organization’s expectations.
Experience / Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a Reputed Institute in India or Abroad
