We are focused on providing banking and financial solutions to our clients across 5 key growth industries - Business & Professional Services, Industrials, Digital, Technology & Communications, Consumer and Healthcare.
The primary responsibility of the Associate will be, in cooperation with the Senior Relationship Managers, servicing the banking & financing needs of international Mid-Market clients, deepening existing client relationships and acquiring & onboarding new commercial banking clients.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
5-8 years of experience
Previous banking experience
Working within Commercial/Corporate banking is desirable.
Experience in a Client Relationship role or client facing role.
Sales, presentation and communication skills. Focus on first class service quality.
Analytical and credit skills
High level of self-motivation
Knowledge of general banking processes, general understanding of commercial banking solutions
Ability to build & develop strong client relationships.
Effective collaboration skills with Senior Relationship Managers and Commercial Banking partners
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft and CRM applications
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
