The role is for a Head of Execution Sales to work in the Listed Derivatives Business. The role will report locally to the Head of the Institutional Client Group and Regionally to the Head of Execution Sales. The role is for a Head of Execution Sales to work within the global Listed Derivative sales & product teams and coordinating closely with other ICG FIC sales teams on client coverage. The role requires working with the locally based Institutional Client Group and Deutsche Bank’s clients. A close working relationship with the Regional and Global Listed Derivatives teams will be essential. Expanding the Client footprint for both Execution and other DB services. Build and manage the execution and clearing product platforms, ensuring that we have the market leading capabilities. External engagement, with regulators, industry forums , market infrastructure providers, Have oversight of on-boarding and documentation process and on-going client service Credit risk management of client exposures Work along the key support functions: credit risk, operations, IT, compliance, legal, Your skills and experience: Must be able to communicate effectively with the global DB environment as well as within the local office. Leadership capabilities for the business and for DB within the industry developments. Desk head will manage the desk and also may manage 3 staffs currently working in the same team. The candidate needs to have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working on a similar sales and execution desk. Fully licenced to execute Futures on OSE and other exchanges and the skills to enable timely precise execution of high volumes. Knowledgeable of the many functions on Bloomberg and various trading platforms along with block procedures. A good understanding and keen to learn and sell our electronic & algo offering. They will require strong relationships in the Industry and a solid customer base, especially amongst the major Japanese banks. The candidate needs to be a team player who can work well across various teams in their region along with the LD teams across various locations around the globe.
