JOB DESCRIPTION
Cuatrecasas is seeking a lawyer with 5 to 6 years of experience to join the Corporate and M&A team in our Lisbon office.
We are looking for someone to develop within our structure, who will integrate a highly qualified team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- From 5 to 6 years’ professional experience in M&A, Private Equity and Energy;
- Degree in Law;
- Professional with a valid license from the Portuguese Bar Association;
- Solid knowledge of English, both spoken and written (eliminatory factor);
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office and Internet);
- International profile;
- Adaptability;
- Versatility.
