Your key responsibilities
Preparation of Employee Trackers, Org Charts, any other reports/MIS as required Support the Onboarding tasks for new joiners in LUX location Act as a single point of contact with the external vendor to make sure that the cars which are leased by the bank are as per the guidelines. PR/PO and Invoice processing in the tool Forms, KODs, Policies and Procedures maintenance in share point
Your skills and experience
Technical Skills: Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages. Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues. Good Excel working knowledge. Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written Good knowledge of the financial sector Behavioral Skills: A structured and strategic thinker, able to act in a strategic manner with a high level of creativity Approachable and sociable, client oriented with a high focus on excellent client service An excellent communicator with a confident attitude facing senior management
