Position Overview Job Title: CTP Associate Corporate Title: Associate Location: Pune, India Role Description Risk Data Validation & Control (RDV&C) team is responsible for quality assurance activities in relation to critical, complex and technical risks and regulatory topics that affect Deutsche Bank (DB). RDV&C are part of the Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU) team within Group Finance and their key stakeholders include but are not limited to: Business Finance Risk Management (CRM/MRM) Group Reporting Regulatory Policy Adherence Group Production IT Support

Your key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities Review interest income for impaired/defaulted loan positions with Business finance team to ensure completeness Prepare Management dashboards and perform Quality Assurance of interest figures in data warehouse. Perform reconciliation of interest postings with ledger and resolve breaks with Accounting close/Business finance (BF) teams Review & ensure completeness and accuracy of interest income for impaired/defaulted Loans as per IFRS9 principles. Liaising with relevant stakeholders including CRM, BF & managing their queries related to interest income for defaulted loans. Coordination & communication with CRM, Business finance & Accounting close for remediation of month end production issues and to follow process controls Presentation of the interest dashboard to senior audience across the Bank Change Book of Work - support the change BoW by engaging with business, CDO and IT on change Initiatives for strategic implementations and DQ remediation Providing subject matter expertise and analytics to support Finance and the Risk team regarding Stage3 interest income or initiatives e.g. optimization topics Data Quality – proactively manage the investigation and resolution of month end issues related to Stage3 loans interest income. Support External, internal, ECB audit work as and when required
Your skills and experience
Your skills and experience Good Knowledge of credit risk & IFRS 9 regulatory requirements Product control experience in loan products preferred Understanding of interest income calculations for loans Team management experience An analytical mindset and good approach to problem solving Experience of process change Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized and structured working approach Strong attention to detail Reliable team player who enjoys working in an international environment Preferred IT Skills: Python, Advance Excel(VBA), Microstrategy, MS Access.
