Tasks
Recording, feasibility check, analysis, and implementation of new reporting requirements Support and representation of the Client Reporting department in projects Collaboration with front office areas in the further development of existing and new reports Analysis and development of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) reports Collaborate with business to understand needs/issues, analyze existing processes and translate business requirements into technical solution’s. Data analysis for the purpose of feasibility studies and functional specification of new reports Building and maintaining relationships with internal clients (e.g. front office) to serve as a point of contact within the operations function team, especially for time-sensitive or complex tasks
Your skills and experience
Proven experience in client reporting and performance and investment reporting in the financial sector, with strong expertise in securities, derivatives, and key risk and performance indicators. Solid accounting and finance knowledge is also essential for this role. Strong proficiency in VBA Programming for MS Excel includes advanced knowledge of excel formulas and functions. Outstanding expertise in data analysis is required, along with excellent proficiency in Python and SQL. Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions on both the VBA and Python platforms, ensuring robust and efficient outcomes aligned with business objectives. Proven experience in estimation, planning and managing technology projects. High level of initiative, independent and structured working style Understanding of Asset Management Operations preferred not mandatory. Good understanding of SLA’s/KPI’s processes and experience in stakeholder handling. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Knowledge & usage of applications like Aladdin, Bloomberg would be an added advantage. Lead, represent the function in different forums, engage with colleagues in Frankfurt etc Ability to take ownership, priorities work and manage time effectively. Result-oriented, motivate team members, retain top talent and development etc Team-player and Flexibility in working hours.
