Position Overview
Details of the Division and Team: As part of the Corporate & Investment Bank, our Investment Banking & Capital Markets ("IBCM") business provides the full range of products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors. Your key responsibilities
Support origination and execution of IBCM business, with a strong focus in the healthcare sector. Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches. Acting as day-to-day lead on transaction execution within the Healthcare sector. Building out own client coverage footprint and act as key coverage individual for DB. Role is required to be performed primarily on-site at the International Commerce Centre. Relevant health and safety requirements may apply.
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum 6-10 years IBCM experience within a Tier 1 financial institution. Extensive experience in M&A (sell-side, buy-side, cross-border) and the Healthcare Sector. Prior experience originating and executing deals for healthcare clients across APAC. Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques. Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi tasks. Strong communication skills and able to articulate to clients.
