Description: DevOps Engineer, AVP Job ID: R0411464 Full/Part-Time: Full-time Regular/Temporary: Regular Listed: 2026-03-16 Location: Pune Position Overview Job Title: DevOps Engineer, AVP Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Role Description This role is critical for enabling our CRM applications with robust, high-quality data through efficient and automated infrastructure. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and automating our CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the stability and scalability of GCP native services (including databases, messaging, and AI solutions) that drive our client data strategy. Your expertise in DevOps best practices will ensure continuous delivery, reliability, and efficiency, directly impacting our ability to serve clients better. In addition, you will be expected to support 1-2 applications as ITAO. The IT Application Owner (ITAO) is the custodian of the application and is responsible to apply and enable during Life‑Cycle of the application the IT policies and procedures with specific consideration to IT management and Information Security. The ITAO ensures a clear separation of the responsibility within the project, aimed at achieving a safe and secure running of the application and compliance to regulations, policies and standards. The ITAO is responsible for application documentation, application infrastructure reliability and compliance, and is usually the IT SPOC for audit initiatives. Your key responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for client-centric data solutions on GCP using GitHub Actions.

Manage GCP native services (e.g., databases, messaging, compute) crucial for CRM data.

Develop and implement automation for deployment, management, monitoring, and scaling of client data infrastructure, including AI solutions.

Partner with data engineers to establish and optimize DevOps practices for supporting CRM use cases.

Ensure solutions meet high standards of scalability, reliability, and security, adhering to DevOps best practices for client data integrity (integration, delivery, testing, deployment, traceability, and auditability).

Your skills and experience

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on data platforms supporting client applications.

Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for building scalable GCP infrastructure.

Hands‑on experience designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

Strong understanding of GCP native services relevant to data processing and storage.

A passion for continuous learning and applying new technologies in the data, cloud, and CRM DevOps space.
