The Work:
We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and looking for experienced Managers with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. As a Manager , you will be expected to drive client engagements, oversee the execution of transformation programs, and actively participate in business development efforts.
Typical project activities
- Leading transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and talent strategies.
- Managing client relationships, understanding their challenges, and shaping solutions tailored to their needs.
- Overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Designing and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, leveraging Accenture’s methodologies, assets, and tools.
- Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to develop effective engagement strategies.
- Developing transformation roadmaps, including next‑generation communication strategies and training programs.
- Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data‑driven approaches and storytelling methods.
- Supporting business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding client relationships.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
Requisitos
- 6+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large‑scale environments.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
- Proficiency in at least one other language.
- For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments.
- Experience with analytics is an asset.
- Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.
- Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued.
- Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.
